Zurich Insurance - Program management

Martin Greminger was in charge for the program management for the technology refresh program for GITS (shared IT) and LSA Switzerland (General Insurance, Life Insurance and Global Corporate). He build up the program team, defined the necessary processes as well as the governance and coordinate the refresh activities with the supplier and the internal teams. Based on the established processes we could successful start with the refresh and fulfil the 2013 planned refresh activities. As GITS and LSA Switzerland are based on the introduced governance, procedures and planning now able to act independent, Martin Greminger can be assigned to a new function.

Bank Vontobel - Interim Management

Mr. Martin Greminger, imaso AG was in charge for the cooperation project with Raiffeisen Switzerland as interim manager for the IT project team. He was responsible for the full and proper adjustment of the business co-operation agreements in computer science and has successfully supported the contract extension with Raiffeisen as well as guaranteed with his team the successful operation of the Avaloq banking system (Change and Release Management).

DFS - German Air Traffic Control GmbH

For the definition of the future IT architecture of the Division Aeronautical Information Management (BU AIM), Mr. Uwe Todte, imaso AG works in the period from 1.04.09 until 30.09.09 in the project ITARA (IT Architecture AIM) at the German Air Traffic Control GmbH, Langen/Germany.

Mr. Todte has developed the project-planning and coordinated with the Head of AIM Technology. In den progress of the project he ensure the coordination.

Bank Vontobel - Service Center

Mr. Uwe Todte, imaso AG works in the co-operation with Raiffeisen SYLVIA Switzerland during the period from 01.10.2005 until 30.09.2006 as project leader in a part of the service management project at Bank Vontobel in Zurich, Switzerland. In the construction of the Service Center Vontobel, Mr. Uwe Todte has especially bothered about the design and construction of the Configuration Management Database.

The Service Center of Bank Vontobel is on 01.09.2006 timely and successfully gone into production.
